About Tom:
Committee member Thomas M. Winterberg was born and raised in Upper Moreland. He is a Sr. Lead Technologist at the DOW Chemical Co. Tom, his wife Debbie, and his children Becky and Tommy are part of ward 5-1.
From Tom:
I have lived in or around Upper Moreland my whole life. I am currently a Captain with the Willow Grove Volunteer Fire Co., a member of the Township’s Revitalization Task Force, and was on the steering committee for the Willow Grove Tri-Centennial Celebration. I have been a Republican committee person since 2004 and am currently Chair. I graduated from UMHS in 1979. I enjoy golf, bowling and am a huge EAGLES fan.
